Serenity is for residents ready for stability, respect, and shared responsibility.

Serenity Co-Living Residence is a subsidiary of LumpsGoodWorks, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Please answer honestly. This form is used to begin the application conversation and does not guarantee residency or room availability.

Proof of income may be requested before acceptance. Please do not upload sensitive documents through this form.

House Rules Agreement

Safety

  • No theft, threats, fighting, or violence.
  • No drug or alcohol use in the home.
  • No tampering with, turning off, or redirecting cameras.
  • Drug or alcohol testing may be required at any time, and refusal may require immediate removal.

Respect

  • Be kind, respectful, and clean.
  • Respect neighbors and resident privacy.
  • Do not disclose another resident’s recovery status.
  • Residents are responsible for damages caused by themselves or their guests.

Shared Spaces

  • Do not remove items from common areas without permission.
  • Do not add items to common areas without permission.
  • Remove shoes inside the home and use the shared shoe cabinet respectfully.
  • Participate in chores and shared household cleaning expenses.

Recovery Expectations

  • Residents in recovery are expected to participate in three meetings, service work, or church activities per week.

Curfew

  • Weeknights: 10 PM.
  • Weekends: Midnight.
  • Exceptions may be granted with permission.

Violations

  • Zero-tolerance violations may result in immediate removal without refund of monies paid.
  • Other rule violations may result in $25 fines paid to the nonprofit charity.
